  • Position Summary

    Manage OWS maintenance personnel including all Maintenance Mechanics, and Electronic technicians along with managing parts inventory and flow.

     

    Responsibilities include leading Maintenance and E-Tech team ensuring both supports preventative and predictive maintenance programs through analysis, planning, and scheduling of all OWS equipment with an emphasis on safety, efficiency and quality. This will include creating controls and processes to manage review of cost estimates, invoice approvals, maintenance services, inspections and electrical services for all OWS equipment.

     

    Design, implement and maintain proper record keeping according to Oasis standard operating procedure and in compliance with all regulatory guidelines and EH&S guidelines concerning all aspect of the OWS maintenance and E-Tech operations, to include daily operations, EH&S adherence, DOT records, inspection, parts management and service quality.

     

    Essential Job Functions

    • Coordinate daily with Frac management to prioritize daily maintenance plan
    • Provides training, technical guidance and work direction to maintenance and E-tech staff with a focus on safety, service quality and cost effectiveness
    • Troubleshoots advanced problems and facilitate decision making of conflicting resolutions related to all OWS equipment
    • Monitors safety requirements of Maintenance and E-Tech team while working on equipment in the yard and on location
    • Assigns work to contractors and monitors results (as needed)
    • Address reactive/unplanned maintenance through rapid response team and support continuous improvements thru documentation, analysis, and feedback to derive permanent corrective action.
    • Standardized and track equipment preventative maintenance schedules
    • Interpret oil analysis reports and takes appropriate action
    • May be required to work on a 24 hours on call basis.

     

    Minimum Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Technical training diploma or certificate
    • 7+ years Frac maintenance, diesel mechanic, electronic technician and hydraulic experience
    • 3+ years Frac maintenance leadership/manager role
    • Ability to work and rotate weekends as needed
    • Proficient computer skills to include a solid level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Ability to get along with all personality types

    • Organized and detail oriented

    • Experience leading a team

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Valid Commercial Drivers license (CDL)
    • CDL hazardous materials and tanker endorsement certification
    • BS-Business management or equivalent 4 year mechanic, hydraulic and electronic technician certification
    • Ability to listen carefully and follow detailed instructions
    • Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions
    • 360 degree communicator inside and outside of the organization
    • Adaptability to change
    • Strong problem solver and self-starter
