  • Position Summary

     

    Oasis is recruiting for a Oil and Gas Analyst Intern for Summer 2019 located in our downtown Houston, TX office.  As an Oil and Gas Analyst Intern, you will be assigned a project(s) based upon your prior experience (if any), aptitude, and current company needs. The Oil and Gas Analyst intern will primarily be working directly with the Oasis Marketing team, but will also gain exposure to the other groups as well.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Build economic models to facilitate optimal oil sales and/or gas sales or processing
    • Conduct competitor research
    • Set up ProphetX desktop views for Marketing team members
    • Assist Marketing Department as needed

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Expected Graduation date of December 2019 or May 2020
    • Pursuing a Bachelors of Business Administration in Energy Commerce
    • Willingness and ability to travel to other Oasis locations
    • Available for a minimum of twelve continuous weeks
    • Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Must possess the ability to work in a standard office setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer, copier, files, telephone, and fax; maintain attention to detail despite multi-tasking ; acuity to read printed materials or a computer screen and communicate in person or a telephone conversation
