  • Position Summary

    With the continuing growth of our Company, this individual will assist the Information Technology Infrastructure and Applications Departments by taking responsibility for all administrative and support functions.  The candidate will be able to work independently with moderate supervision and have the experience to know when to follow up. This person must be able to shift priorities and adapt quickly to the needs of the group.  The position requires strong interpersonal and analytical skills and the ability to work with internal and external contacts.


    Essential Job Functions

    • Prioritize and manage multiple projects or responsibilities and follow through on issues in a timely manner
    • Organize reports and input data into Excel spreadsheets
    • Manage monthly P-Card reporting and invoices
    • Oversee corporate wireless billing, order and distribute phones and tablets
    • Create and edit the IT departmental collaterals utilizing Publisher and Photoshop
    • Coordinate bi-weekly and monthly meetings with agenda, reports and additional required materials
    • Manage calendar movement, requiring interaction with both internal and external contacts and other assistants to coordinate a variety of meetings
    • Arrange travel schedule and reservations, prepare itineraries including making schedule adjustments while trips are in progress
    • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail
    • Prepare and edit letters and basic PowerPoint presentations
    • Generate expense reports as needed
    • Handle additional projects as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications

    • High School degree with 2 years of job related experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Publisher and Photoshop experience
    • Strong decision making ability and attention to detail
    • A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and judgment is crucial

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree and/or relevant job related experience
    • Prior oil and gas experience
