This individual will be responsible for triage and analysis related to the IT incident queue. This includes categorizing incidents, initial diagnosis, resolving requests with documented solutions, escalating software deficiencies to vendor(s), generating potential solutions, and tracking issue(s) through to completion. This position is located in Williston, North Dakota, and will report to Application Support Manager in Houston, Texas. Level and salary commesurate with experience.
