This position will be responsible for a wide variety of Employee Relations areas including handling employee concerns, counseling managers and employees, developing programs to promote employee retention and employee engagement, policy development and administration, regulatory compliance, ad hoc projects, and training in specific areas related to all of the above. This position will report to the Human Resources Supervisor and is located in downtown Houston, TX. Level and salary commensurate with background and experience of the individual selected.
