  • Position Summary

    Manage staff and work schedules to efficiently maintain current budget for production operations activity.  This will include review of cost estimates for Workover Rig/Coil/Associated activity, vendor selection, Rig Supervisor scheduling and performance review. Maintain proper record keeping of service projects, inspection of work to ensure it fits specification, while ensuring adherence to all safety and environmental regulations. Develop supervisor management and quality control processes to ensure efficient implementation of Workover Rig/Coil/Associated activities. Support as required to the Field Operations in Williston. Position is located in Williston, ND with a Monday-Friday or 9/80 schedule. Level and salary commensurate with experience. 

    Essential Job Functions

    • This will include review of cost estimates for all Workover Rig/Coil/Associated activity, vendor scheduling and selection, Workover Rig/Coil/Associated foreman scheduling, Workover Rig/Coil/Associated companies, wire line crews, flow back crews, rig crews. 
    • Work closely with engineering to ensure optimization of design parameters
    • Maintain proper record keeping of Workover Rig/Coil/Associated projects, inspection of work to ensure it fits specification, enforcing adherence to all safety and environmental regulations.  
    • Support as required the Field Operations in Williston for Production
    • Plan and oversee contract supervisors to ensure timely implementation of Workover Rig/Coil/Associated. Hire and train the proper staff to ensure correct coverage of active workload.
    • Review field tickets and develop process to ensure proper payment. Continue to evaluate service companies and work to develop best in class in vendors for Oasis.
    • Develop process that ensures that we are maintaining proper record keeping for emergency response.  Meet with Regulatory Officials as necessary to ensure that Oasis exceeds expectations on compliance.
    • Foster a work environment where employee safety is a core goal and safety and environmental rules are integrated into all work activities.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • High School diploma or GED
    • 10 years or more of increasing responsible leadership experience related to Workover Rig/Coil/Associated activities, combined with project / personnel management. 
    • Demonstrated ability to set expectations, coach, mentor, and develop vendors and staff to enhance Workover Rig/Coil/Associated implementation and cost efficiencies.
    • Valid drivers license
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office
    • Must live within 50 mile radius of Williston, ND or willing to permanently relocate
