With the continued growth of the Company, the IT Application Support Group is expanding to support the organization's increase of existing and new application needs. The Analyst will be responsible for triage and analysis related to the IT application incident queue. This includes categorizing and prioritizing incidents, initial diagnosis, resolution of requests with solutions documented in service catalogs, escalating software deficiencies to vendors, generate potential solutions, and track issues through completion. Position is located in Houston, TX. Level and salary commensurate with background and experience.
