Position Summary

This position will provide administrative support to all functions tied to Oasis Midstream Services field department, specifically to support salt water disposal business.  The position will report to the Operations Superintendent and will be located in Williston, ND.  Level and salary commensurate with experience. 


Essential Job Functions

  • Obtain run tickets for saltwater from field operation and review records to ensure they match, resolving discrepancies and generating monthly reports
  • Prepare and maintain tracking spreadsheets as necessary
  • Perform general office duties (maintain office supplies, make copies, answer phones and direct calls, filing, etc.)
  • Assist Superintendent, Operator and Foreman with reports as needed
  • Code and process invoices back to vendors or enter into AP system
  • Track and maintain records on DOT and PHMSA facilities
  • Organize project documentation and maintain archive of project records
  • Generate weekly and monthly Gas, Freshwater and Saltwater volume reports
  • Assist with monthly budget reports
  • Takes notes in meetings; drafts and proofreads communication sent out by department
  • Other duties as assigned for business needs

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft; specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook with experience in Visio
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Live with in a 50-mile commuting radius of Williston, North Dakota
  • Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:  Must possess the ability to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, copier, files, telephone, and fax; maintain attention to detail despite interruptions; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone
